I have made a replica of a piece that I did for the poetry in stitches challenge that I did back in 2008 if my memory serves me correctly.The backing fabric is made from some felted knitting that I made, then I have embroidered on the Dandelion flower & seed head. The leaves are both paper & stumpwork embroidered. This tag will become the book mark for the poetry in stitches book.
The poem that I choose was called "Dandelion-Nature's Sundial"
